The yacht maintains exceptional operational and service standards while placing genuine emphasis on crew wellbeing, longevity and culture.
The programme is led by an experienced Captain and management team who are deeply invested in creating a positive, supportive and professional onboard environment. Strong retention across the departments reflects the stability of the programme, making this an excellent opportunity for a Purser seeking a long-term position where they can make a meaningful contribution.

The Purser will play an integral role in the yacht’s administration, financial management, crew operations and charter support, working closely with the Captain, Heads of Department, management company and shore-based representatives.
This is a senior administrative position requiring someone who can confidently manage the demands of a large private/charter programme. The successful candidate must be highly organised, financially competent and capable of managing multiple priorities with accuracy, discretion and composure.
Responsibilities will include:

- Supporting Heads of Department and ensuring effective communication throughout the yacht
- Providing clear and accurate reporting to the Captain and management

- Personable, approachable and supportive toward crew
- Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work independently
